Robert “Robbie” Blincoe II has been a cornerstone of SERVPRO in Central Texas since opening his franchise in 1994 alongside his parents, Robert and Donna Blincoe, who have since retired. Originally from North Texas, Robbie made his way to Central Texas over 30 years ago, where he built both a thriving business and a strong family life.

Over the decades, Robbie has become a trusted expert in the restoration industry, holding certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration. His hands-on experience and long-standing commitment to serving his community have helped countless homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected disasters.

Outside of work, Robbie is a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Amber, have raised three daughters, and he now enjoys spending time with his grandson. His deep roots in Central Texas, combined with his professional expertise, continue to shape the values and service standards of his SERVPRO team.

Alex Flores joined the SERVPRO team in 2022 as a restoration technician and has quickly become a vital part of daily operations. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, Alex plays a hands-on role in nearly every job the company takes on, ensuring each project is completed with care, precision, and attention to detail.

His commitment to quality and reliability has made him an integral member of the team—someone his coworkers and customers alike can depend on. Alex takes pride in his work and consistently goes above and beyond to support both the team and the people they serve.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and son, valuing the same sense of dedication and care in his personal life as he brings to the job every day.

Zack Phillips has been an integral part of the SERVPRO team since beginning his journey with Robbie in 2007. Over the years, Zack has gained extensive, hands-on experience across nearly every facet of the business, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both field operations and internal processes.

He started as a restoration technician, working directly on water, fire, and mold remediation projects. From there, Zack transitioned into the office, where he focused on billing and compliance, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. His role continued to evolve as he took on responsibilities in human resources, business administration, and consulting, where he spent over a decade supporting the company’s growth and operational success.

Today, Zack serves as a Commercial Sales Representative, bringing together his deep industry knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. His diverse background allows him to offer valuable insight and dependable service, making him a trusted resource for commercial customers throughout the community.
