Having served in many areas previously, Abbi has extensive knowledge of our processes from start to finish. She is a team player who is focused on providing the highest quality of service to our clients and customers.

Christian “Chris” Herrick is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Eau Claire. He has eight months of experience in restoration and supports the team in day-to-day operations.

Chris is forklift and CPR certified and brings a unique personality to the workplace. Known for his use of “big words” and offering life advice, Chris adds both skill and character to the team.

Jayna “JJ” is a Restoration Technician and Marketing team member at SERVPRO of Eau Claire, helping customers in need while supporting both restoration and community outreach efforts. With nearly two years of experience, JJ brings knowledge, dedication, and problem-solving skills to the team.

JJ is known for her strong work ethic, versatility, and willingness to step in wherever needed. Her leadership and problem-solving make her a valued part of the SERVPRO team.

Natalie “Nat” is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Eau Claire and has been with the team for two months. New to the restoration industry, Nat is building hands-on experience while supporting day-to-day restoration services.

Nat brings a fresh perspective, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to supporting the team and serving our customers.

Anikan is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Eau Claire, helping demo, stabilize, repair damaged properties, and assist with construction projects as part of the restoration team. With one year of experience at SERVPRO, Anikan brings dedication and hands-on knowledge to every project.

Cory is a Reconstruction Technician at SERVPRO of Eau Claire, helping customers rebuild their homes and supporting construction projects from start to finish. With over 15 years of construction experience and specialized training in building maintenance, repair, and drywall finishing, Cory brings extensive knowledge and craftsmanship to the team.

Tiffany “Tiff” is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Eau Claire, responsible for estimating jobs and managing production crews. With two and a half years of experience, Tiff brings strong leadership and hands-on expertise to every project.

She is Lead-Safe certified and IICRC Water Damage Restoration certified, helping ensure quality service and care on every job. Known for her kindness and care for both customers and crew members, Tiff is a valued leader and an important part of the SERVPRO team.

Alexander is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Eau Claire, helping assess affected areas, stabilize damaged properties, perform demolition, and complete repairs to restore homes to preloss condition. With a year and a half of experience, Alexander brings technical knowledge, efficiency, and a solutions-focused mindset to every project.

He holds multiple industry certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. In addition to his restoration training, Alexander has a background in entrepreneurship and business studies, bringing both practical field experience and a strong problem-solving approach to the team.
